  • We provide therapy, counseling, consulting, and related services.

  • SMS text messages are used for appointment scheduling, reminders, and care logistics only.

  • SMS will not include sensitive clinical or therapeutic content.

2. SMS Program Terms

  • By opting in, you consent to receive up to 4 messages per month from Andelige.

  • Msg & data rates may apply.

  • To opt out, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at 817-264-7284 or info@andelige.com.

  • Consent is not a condition of care.

  • In case of an emergency, do not rely on SMS. Call 911 or your local emergency number. 

3. User Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate and current information.

  • You are responsible for keeping your contact information updated.

  • You must safeguard access to your devices and portal credentials.

4. Limitations

  • SMS communications are for administrative purposes only.

  • We are not liable for delays or errors in SMS delivery caused by carriers or third parties.

  • In the event of an emergency, do not rely on SMS — call 911 or your local emergency number.

5. Privacy

  • Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, use, and protection.

  • Mobile information is not sold or shared for marketing or promotional purposes.

  • Health information is protected under HIPAA.

6. Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
